As of May 2003, Factory Service Parts and Control implemented a new customer service to facilitate and enhance your firms ordering and information needs. This is a web based direct connection to our product inventory and your account information. It will allow you to take direct control of your purchasing process via our web interface on a 24x7 hour basis 365 days a year.
If you do not already have an established account, please click on the following link to our credit application.

Follow the instructions on the form and fax it in to us at (631) 243-2018. We will contact you about your new account once we have received your information and had a chance to review it.
If you already have an established account on terms, here's what you need to do:
To begin the process we will require your firm to assign a contact person to us to begin to
administer your account. This point person will be our main contact for setting up your e-account
and establishing the persons in your firm with e-account access.
Please provide via e-mail to sales@fspc-inc.com the name and a password (6-12 alphanumeric characters) for your designated supervisor. Upon receipt we will provide that person with the instructions for accessing the e-commerce site and setting up your end users.
